I can’t say enough good things about this place! For the price, this hotel was amazing for me and family. We stayed a weekend coming from San Antonio for my son’s birthday. When we first arrived, the lady who checked us in was super friendly and sweet. I wish I got her name but I was very pleased with our interaction. We were suppose to come with our dog but ended up not bringing him, so she helped us take off the dog fee. Which I will add, this hotel is dog friendly. When we checked in, our room was very spacious, clean and had little goodie bags on the TV stand, even for our dog! They put little doggy treads inside the bag for him. They serve popcorn and other foods during their happy hour from 5 to 7 p.m. we also got 3 complimentary alcohol drinks for EACH DAY we were there. I thought that was pretty cool. Besides the popcorn, there were other snack items you can choose from. Breakfast is also complimentary here as well. They have an indoor pool (not heated) and hot tub on their 9th floor with a nice city view. The hotel is around 30 minutes from Dallas. Overall, we were very happy with our stay here and would definitely recommend this place to anyone else who doesn’t want a hotel directly in Dallas but still close enough, that’s also pet and family friendly.

Very secure and convenient parking lot under the building with direct access to the elevators which require a card to enter. Keeps you and your car safe and out of the elements be it hot or freezing cold like it was when I was there. Staff was very polite and informative. They look like they enjoyed what they did and with any business, that is very important to improving customer experience. Breakfast, dinner and drinks is amazing though I didn't take advantage of that this time. I love the top floor lounge and outdoor area. Too cold for the outdoors on my visit, unfortunately. If I could stay at this place that has the same layout, parking and such everywhere I go, I would do so without hesitation and even go out of my way a bit to do so.

I rate it so high to the point I will make Drury Inn & Suites 1 of my top 3 hotels I would stay at now.....even for stay cation as well. Thank you all for the new, nice, and 1st time experience. I have never stayed at a Drury property before, but I hope this will not be my last visit. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, and I was surprised by both the quality and existence of an evening reception and the morning breakfast. The hotel has a great location, a lovely 9th floor terrace with a view north, and a clean gym. I was very impressed.

The breakfast was wonderful. My kids actually ate it unlike most other hotel stays. Our room was perfect for our family. The indoor pool was an added bonus as it is February and too cold to swim outdoors. And the 5:30-7:00 "Dinner and Drinks" time was a sweet surprise. I had no idea that was provided and it was the cherry on top of a wonderful stay.
